Capital One Venture X Business overview
The Capital One Venture X Business is the business version of the fan-favorite Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card. Like its personal counterpart, the Venture X Business offers luxury perks for a reasonable annual fee and a simple earning structure of at least 2 miles per dollar on all purchases. This is a great option for small-business owners who value simplicity. Card rating*: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
* Card rating is based on the opinion of TPG's editors and is not influenced by the card issuer.
Since its debut in 2021, the Capital One Venture X Rewards Card has been a major player in the premium card space, offering luxury benefits like airport lounge access and a valuable travel credit for a relatively low annual fee.
Since 2023, the Capital One Venture X Business has been publicly available. It comes with the same $395 annual fee and many of the same benefits we've come to love in the Venture X. It includes generous airport lounge access, an annual travel credit and the option to add employee cards at no additional fee.
The major difference between the personal and business offerings, however, is the welcome offer. The Venture X Business comes in swinging with a valuable welcome offer — along with an eyebrow-raising spending requirement to earn it.
This card requires an excellent credit score, which is why TPG recommends a credit score of 740 or above.
Here's what you need to know if you're considering applying for the Capital One Venture X Business.
